You can't deliver to my address

Juniper uses an Australian delivery partner to deliver your orders. There are some suburbs they do not ship to, but often our patients can find an alternative address to get their order delivered such as a family member’s home.

If we don’t ship to your preferred address:

  1. Check that the postcode and suburb are entered correctly. Please ensure there are no additional spaces before or after the suburb name. If they don't match, our system may not recognise this.
  2. Try to find an alternative address with a suburb we deliver to. You can find all the suburbs we deliver to by clicking your State below. 

If you don’t have an alternative address or need help finding an alternative, please contact our Support Team so we can assist you and explain your options.

Please note:

  • We currently do not deliver to the Northern Territory
  • Due to government restrictions, we do not ship prescription medication overseas
