Can I delay an order?

Yes. You can delay your order by up to 21 days. Here’s how to do this:

  1. Open your Juniper app
  2. Go to account > manage orders > upcoming order >manage order > reschedule order
  3. Select a new payment date in the calendar to move your delivery. When you select a date the app will show you the estimated delivery window.
  4. Select continue, then confirm reschedule order.

*If you want to delay your order longer you can select Can’t select the date your want? under the calendar in step 3 and follow the prompts to request a later delay date. You should receive an email within a few days notifying you of an outcome.
