To delay your order, please follow the below instructions. The date your order is processed is also the billing date.
- Log in to your Juniper Account.
- Head to the treatment plan, go to Manage order and click Delay order.
- Select the amount of time you would like your order to be delayed.
- Click Confirm and you will receive an email confirming the new order processing date.
Please note that if you need to delay for more than two (2) weeks, it is best to reach out to us here to further assist you.
