How do I delay, change or reschedule the date of my next order?

To delay your order, please follow the below instructions. The date your order is processed is also the billing date. 

  1. Log in to your Juniper Account
  2. Head to the treatment plan you wish to delay and select DelayDelay_Order.png
  3. Select the amount of time you would like your order to be delayed.
  4. Click Confirm and you will receive an email confirming the new order processing date
