One of the best parts of our Weight Program is our community of like-minded people who are often times going through the same thing as you. We encourage a supportive environment where members can share their experiences and celebrate their wins on the program.
Whilst you don’t have to be best mates with everyone in the group, we encourage you to check these communities regularly. Our team of health coaches and dietitians are active in our community groups from Monday-Friday 9am-5pm AEST to support you if you have any questions.
We also share healthy tips, recipes and exercises from time to time. However, if you don’t feel comfortable posting in the group, you can always reach out to one of the health coaches or dietitians privately via direct message or submit a request here.
