Can I drink alcohol on the Weight Loss Program?

It’s generally a good idea to reduce the amount of alcohol you consume when you are on a journey to lose and maintain weight loss. Alcoholic drinks are high in calories which can make it harder to shed those extra stubborn kilos.

Alcohol can put you at risk of low blood sugar if you have diabetes and is also not recommended for consumption when using certain types of medication. This is because some medications interact with alcohol and can lead to side effects like dizziness, lightheadedness, confusion & dehydration.
