If your medication is an injectable
If your medication requires refrigeration, please take this into consideration when planning your travel. You may like to carry your medication in a cooler pack & place in a fridge on the plane while flying.
Don’t freeze your medication. Medication that has been frozen must not be used. Store the pen without a needle attached.

There are no specific storage instructions for your medication while you are travelling. We recommend checking with your airline to see if you need any specific documents.
If you need a travel letter, please fill out this google form here. Our Patient Support team will then email you with 48 hours with a signed medication summary from your practitioner to carry with your treatment.
