$199 Initial Payment
The $199 payment forms part of your initial payment to Juniper. If you are deemed eligible during your practitioner consultation and choose to proceed, you will need to pay the remaining balance to access your chosen Juniper treatment plan. The total cost of your treatment plan may change based on the exact treatment options recommended by your practitioner. The $199 price reflects the cost of the first month of Juniper on one of the available treatment options on the 12-month Bundle and Save Program, with a one-off $50 discount code automatically applied. A minimum total payment of $2,988 applies for the 12-month commitment.

Bundle & Save - Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Bundle & Save for Juniper Essentials and the Juniper Program! This offer allows eligible patients to bundle their subscription to the program into 3, 6 or 12-month cycles and receive a discounted program price. By choosing to Bundle & Save, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below (the Bundle & Save T&Cs).
Eligible patients on either Juniper Essentials or the Juniper Program can choose to bundle their program deliveries into 3, 6 or 12-month cycles and enjoy savings in return. Patients will pay for the program on their selected cadence and receive access to the program’s services, along with a supply of treatment options delivered monthly for the full duration of their chosen bundle. In return, patients will receive a $35, $50 or $100 discount per order, respectively, off the standard price of the program during the relevant period.
Refunds
Patients have rights under the Australian Consumer Law in relation to the provision of Juniper Essentials and the Juniper Program, including rights to refunds, replacements and repairs in certain circumstances.
If you are a patient on Juniper Essentials or the Juniper Program who chooses to access the Bundle & Save offer, you are also entitled to receive a refund on the following conditions:
- Cancellations due to clinical eligibility: If your practitioner determines that it is no longer clinically appropriate for you to continue treatment, you may be entitled to a pro-rata refund for any undelivered portion of the program. This pro-rata refund will be based on the discounted Bundle & Save price you paid.
- Cancellations for convenience: If you otherwise elect to cancel the program for convenience, you may be entitled to a pro-rata refund calculated based on the equivalent full standard monthly price of the relevant program at the time of your request for any undelivered portion of the program only.
General
The Bundle & Save offer, unless otherwise specified:
- is only valid for a limited time, purpose and application (as stated in these terms);
- may only be applied at the time of purchase, not retrospectively;
- is not transferrable and may not be resold; and
- cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify any of these Bundle & Save T&Cs at any time without prior notice. If we make changes to any of these terms, we will post the amended Bundle & Save T&Cs on our website, app or elsewhere. For the avoidance of doubt, the applicable Bundle & Save T&Cs are those in effect at the time you purchase an order. Further T&Cs apply.

Three-Month Option

A minimum total payment of $2988 applies for the twelve-month minimum commitment. $9/day is reflective of an average daily amount calculated based on a 28 day calendar month. Returning Juniper Patients
A returning Juniper patient is any person who is not an active patient but has previously paid at least once for a Juniper treatment plan and paused that plan.
