To change your password, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your Juniper Account
- Click on your name in the top right hand corner and select Account Settings
- Select Security and Login and click Change Password
- Enter your new password
If you are trying to log into your Juniper Account but you have forgotten your password, please follow the steps below:
- To reset your password, please click here.
- Enter the email address linked to you existing Juniper Account and select Send Recovery Email
Once you click reset, an email will be sent to your inbox providing steps on how to reset your password.
