How do I track my order/delivery?

You can now track the status of your order via your Juniper app! You can do this by clicking View Order at the top of your home screen. 

You will receive a tracking link via email for your order once it is ready for collection by the courier.

Please note: if your order is being compounded, it can take around 3 days to be collected by the courier. You can find more information on this in your emails.

Weight Reset Program orders

Your order will be sent using StarTrack and you can track your order by either:

    1. Using the AusPost app
    2. Subscribing to SMS updates from AusPost or StarTrack
    3. Find the tracking link in your email from Juniper.
