How do I track my order/delivery?

You can now track the status of your order via your Juniper app! You can do this by clicking View Order at the top of your home screen. 

You will receive a tracking link via email for your order once it is ready for collection by the courier.

Please note: if your order is being compounded, it can take between 3-10 days to be collected by the courier. You can find more information on this in your emails.

Weight Reset Program orders

If you’re located in Western Australia, Tasmania, Australian Capital Territory, or South Australia:

Your order will be sent using StarTrack and you can track your order by either:

    1. Using the AusPost app
    2. Subscribing to SMS updates from AusPost or StarTrack
    3. Find the tracking link in your email from Juniper.

If you’re located in New South Wales, Victoria or Queensland:

Your order will be sent via a cold freight courier called HDS.

When your order has been picked up by the courier, you’ll receive an email and SMS notification with a tracking link.

You will also receive the following SMS notifications from the courier:

    1. The night before your delivery, you will receive a tracking link with an ETA.
    2. On the day of delivery, when the courier is 6 stops away from delivery location.
    3. When the order has been delivered.
