I've referred multiple people but there's only one discount showing on my account

The referral discount is automatically applied to your next month once your referred friend begins on the Juniper program. If you haven’t received the discount yet, there are a few reasons why this may not be the case:

  1. Your referred friend may not have been eligible for the Juniper program,
  2. Your referred friend may not have confirmed their treatment,
  3. Discounts can take 1-2 hours from your referred friend confirming their treatment before they appear against your upcoming month.

We cannot share if your friend has/ hasn’t started on the Juniper Program as we cannot share patient medical information. You may choose to check-in with your friend on their journey.
