Refer and earn terms and conditions

Welcome to our Refer and Earn Program! These terms and conditions ("Referral Terms") govern your participation in the program. Juniper customers (each, a ”Referrer”) can refer eligible friends and contacts (each, a “Friend”) to the Juniper Weight Reset Program (a “Juniper Subscription”) via the Referrer’s unique referral code (”Referral Code”). Subject to the conditions below, the Referrer and the Friend will each receive a total $150 discount off their next orders on the Juniper Subscription (”Reward”). By participating in the Refer and Earn Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Referral Terms. Thank you for your support and for helping us grow our community!

Eligibility and Referral Process

  1. To qualify for a Reward via the Refer and Earn Program:

    a. the Referrer must be an active patient on the Juniper Subscription at the time the Referral Code is redeemed in accordance with clause 2 of these Referral Terms; and

    b. the Friend must:

    • be a new patient to Juniper and the Juniper Subscription (the Friend cannot be an active or previous patient to Juniper, including but not limited to a patient changing treatments or a patient restarting treatment);
    • be at least 18 years old;
    • be a resident of Australia; and
    • be eligible for, and accept treatment from, a practitioner on Juniper's platform.

  2. To redeem the offer:

    a. an eligible Referrer must share their Referral Code with a Friend (eligible Referrers will be able to find their unique Referral Code in their Juniper mobile app under Account > Refer and earn); and

    b. the Friend must:

    • insert the Referral Code at checkout when making their first purchase of the Juniper Subscription; and
    • be approved for the Juniper Weight Reset Program by a Juniper Practitioner.
  3. The Referrer acknowledges that, by sharing the Referral Code, they will disclose their status as an active Juniper patient to the Friend. Similarly, the Friend acknowledges that, by accepting the Referral Code, they will disclose their status as an active Juniper patient to the Referrer.

The Reward

  1. If the offer is redeemed in accordance with clause 2 of these Referral Terms:

    a. the Friend will receive a total $150 discount ($75 x 2) that will apply automatically to their first two orders on the Juniper Subscription; and

    b. once the Friend has successfully purchased their first order on the Juniper Subscription, the Referrer will receive a total $150 discount that will apply automatically to their next order on the Juniper Subscription.

  2. Except as provided in clause 4 of these Referral Terms, the Reward will be applied once to both the Friend and Referrer and cannot be split or applied to multiple orders of the Juniper Subscription.
  3. The Reward will remain active for 6 months from the date the offer is redeemed in accordance with clause 2 of these Referral Terms. If the Friend and/or the Referrer do not place an order during this time, the Reward will expire and be removed from the Friend and/or Referrer's account.
  4. The Refer and Earn Program will not remain open indefinitely, and Juniper reserves the right to cancel any Referral Code and/or Reward once the program ends.

General

  1. The Referrer must have obtained the clear and affirmative consent of the Friend to receive the Referral Code by SMS text, WhatsApp, email, social media, or any other applicable method. The Referrer agrees that the Referrer is not an agent or authorised representative of Juniper, when sharing the Referral Code or otherwise, and must only refer a Friend who has provided their permission prior to sharing the Referral Code.

  2. The Reward and the Referral Code cannot be:

    a. combined with any other offer, discount, referral (including any other Referral Code, Reward or point, unless otherwise provided for in these Referral Terms), gift card or any other promotional benefit;

    b. retroactively applied;

    c. sold, transferred or redeemed for cash;

    d. commercialised, in particular, nothing in these Referral Terms grants any person any right to use Juniper's logos, trademarks or other intellectual property to commercialise or market referrals, including for SEO or public advertising purposes; and

    e. used if the Referrer or the Friend has cancelled their Juniper Subscription before the Reward has been applied.

  3. Juniper will not be held responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected referrals.
  4. Juniper reserves the right to modify these Referral Terms (including to end the Refer and Earn Program) at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting the revised Referral Terms on our website or notifying participants through other means. If a participant has already used a Referral Code and the Referral Terms are subsequently changed before their Referral is processed, the participant will be eligible for the Reward applicable at the time the Referral Code was used only.
  5. The Juniper Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy apply and form part of this Refer and Earn Program.
  6. Juniper reserves the right to revoke any Referral Code and/or Reward, or otherwise disqualify any Referrer or Friend, in the event of any suspected fraud, act of bad faith or violation of these Referral Terms.
