I'm having issues with my scales

To troubleshoot, please follow the below instructions:

  1. Turn the scale over, remove the battery cover and take out all the batteries
  2. Put the batteries back in and flip the scale over
  3. The screen should display 0.0kg. Please step on the scale to log your weight

We recommend putting the scale on a tiled floor (if possible) and always stepping on the scale with bare feet.

If this is still not working and you are using an Android device with your Juniper app, it may be your app that is not syncing with the scales correctly. 

  1. Swipe away or close the app connected to the scale.

  2. Turn off Bluetooth in your device's settings.

  3. Wait a few seconds, then turn Bluetooth back on.

  4. Open the app again and reconnect it to the scale. It should work properly now.
