If you are on a treatment plan, your orders will be processed at regular intervals, depending on your treatment type.
You can view the processing date of your upcoming order on your Juniper Dashboard in the Treatment Plan tab under Your upcoming order.
You can also view it in your Juniper app by going to account > manage orders > upcoming order.
If you see Start Consult on your Treatment Plan, your next order will not process until this has been completed.
If you are in an ongoing medical appointment, your next order will not be processed until this has been completed.
If you have a Nourish Shakes subscription, you’ll receive an order monthly.
You can reschedule any of your upcoming orders up to 24 hours before payment is scheduled. To delay an order view this article, to receive an order early, view this article.
Please note that after the 24 hour cut off, it’s likely your order has already been processed and it is unlikely to be cancelled as per our Refund Policy here.
