When will my next order will be processed?

If you are on a treatment plan, your orders will be processed at regular intervals, depending on your treatment type.

You can view the processing date of your upcoming order on your  Juniper Dashboard in the Treatment Plan tab under Your upcoming order.

If you see Start Consult on your Treatment Plan, your next order will not process until this has been completed.

If you are in an ongoing medical appointment, your next order will not be processed until this has been completed.

If you have a Nourish Shakes subscription, you’ll receive an order monthly.

You can delay any of your upcoming orders at any time, see this article here. But please take note that if an order has been processed, it is unlikely to be cancelled as per our Refund Policy here.
