We encourage regular weigh-ins as part of our Weight Reset Program, as this is a proven and effective tool for weight loss. The Juniper app allows you to track your weight at whatever frequency you choose, although we recommend tracking on a daily or weekly basis.

Making tracking a regular part of your routine can make the scales feel less intimidating, while also helping you with accountability and motivation.

Please remember that weight loss is not a linear journey and it’s normal to experience fluctuations. Losing kgs is just one part of your weight management journey, and It’s equally important to celebrate your non-scale wins.
