How do I restart/resume my treatment plan?

To restart a paused or cancelled treatment plan, follow the steps below:

  1. Log into your Juniper Account
  2. Click Resume Treatment on the plan you want to restartScreenshot_2023-02-09_at_3.01.24_pm.png
  3. If you need further assistance, or the ‘Resume’ button is now showing on your end, please contact our Patient Support Team here.

Please note that you need to have a valid script or have enough repeats in order to resume your plan. If you are having trouble resuming your account or have concerns with your prescription, please contact our Patient Support Team here.
