How do I confirm and pay for my first order?

Follow the below instructions to purchase your treatment plan.

  1. Complete a medical appointment with a Juniper practitioner
  2. Confirm you want to proceed with the recommended treatment plan via chat on your call or during your medical appointment.
  3. Once your practitioner has confirmed your treatment plan, log in to your Juniper Account and select View treatment plan.
  4. Read all of the information provided by your practitioner. At the bottom of the page, there will be a section where you can ask your practitioner questions. Select Continue to Payment to proceed.
    Please note: if you ask your practitioner further questions, this will reopen your medical appointment. You will not be able to purchase your treatment plan until your practitioner has replied and completed your medical appointment.

  5. The next page is Safety information from our partner pharmacy, please read through all of this information carefully. If you have any questions for the pharmacy, you can ask them in this section. Once you are ready to proceed, ensure you have confirmed the two statements by ticking both boxes and clicking Continue to Shipping.

  6. Enter your full legal name, the address you want your order shipped and your phone number. 
  7. Your order is now being processed. You can find the shipping times for your order here.
