What if I’m not home for the delivery?

Depending on your treatment type, your delivery will most likely have “Authority to Leave” which means the courier will leave your order in a safe place.

If the courier is unable to leave your order in a safe place, they’ll leave a card with information on how to collect your order or arrange a redelivery.

If you would like to have your address changed for delivery you can either:

  1. If you’ve got your tracking link, update your address on your delivery using the AusPost app.
  2. If you haven’t got your tracking let, let us know your updated address by submitting a request here.
