You can cancel, delay, pause and restart your treatment plan at any time via your Juniper Account without the need to reach out to the Juniper team. This article will answer any questions you have on how to do this.

How do I cancel my treatment plan?
To cancel your Juniper treatment plan, please follow the below instructions:
- Log in to your Juniper Account,
- Click View Treatment Plan
- Click on FAQs
- Click click here to cancel
- Select your reason for cancelling
How do I restart my treatment plan?
When you cancel your treatment plan. The plan is not completely deleted, but will remain in a pause status. This is in case you would like to resume your treatment later.
To restart a paused or cancelled treatment plan log into your Juniper Account, and head to the treatment plan you previously cancelled. Here you will see the option to resume treatment.
How do I delay or change the date of my order?
If you need to delay your order you can do so via your Juniper Account. Simply log in and follow these steps:
In your Juniper Account, head to the treatment plan you wish to delay and select 'Delay' (as below);
Select the amount of time you would like your order to be delayed. Then click 'Confirm’, and you will receive an email confirmation of this.
What is Juniper's refund policy?
If you are a menopause patient and your doctor determines that Juniper is not suitable for you, you'll automatically receive a full refund of your $29 consultation fee. Once your refund is processed, please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to be returned to your account.
As the consultation for weight patients is free of charge, no refund will need to be processed.
Juniper offers products and services that can be purchased on an automatically renewing subscription basis. For subscription-based products and services, your payment will be billed at regular intervals, as described during the checkout process, until your treatment plan is complete or your treatment plan is cancelled. All prices listed are inclusive of GST and shipping costs where relevant.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are two ways to cancel your subscription:
- via your Juniper account, per these instructions
- by submitting a request to our Support team through the link in the top right hand corner
When you cancel your subscription, you will not be charged for and will not receive future orders under that subscription, subject to the Order Refunds section below.
Generally, we are not able to issue refunds for orders on the day they are processed.
Subject to rights that cannot be waived under Australian Consumer Law, cancellations after the Refund Cutoff Time will not be subject to a refund.
The Refund Cutoff Time is 11:59pm the day before the applicable order processing date of your subscription.
In some circumstances, if you cancel your order after the Refund Cutoff Time you may receive a refund. Those circumstances are:
our partner pharmacy cannot fulfil your order due to lack of stock
a product or pricing error is identified
a product is faulty
If you are eligible for a refund, it will be made using the payment method you used for the original transaction. We cannot process refunds to alternative cards or payment methods.
For example: If your order is due to process on the 15th of July, you must cancel your subscription by 11:59pm on the 14th July. If you cancel your subscription after this cut off period, you will not be eligible for a refund on the order.
Discounts must be applied at the time of purchase, we can’t apply them retrospectively.
Can I pause my treatment plan?
Pausing a treatment plan works in exactly the same way that cancelling does. Please see the section at the beginning of this article for instructions on how to cancel your treatment plan.
